Postal voting

Using this form, you can apply to the electoral board for postal voting for the work council election in Heidenheim on the 23rd of February 2026.

If you would like your postal voting documents to be sent to an address other than your home address, please indicate this in the comments field. 

You can also collect your postal voting documents in person from the electoral board. Please make an appointment for this. In this case, it is not necessary to apply for a postal voting online.

Please ensure that you apply (2 weeks) and return (1 week) the documents in good time before the election date, if you request postal delivery. Postal voting documents received late by the electoral board cannot be considered.

Note:
You can apply for a postal voting if you are not on-site on election day for personal or work-related reasons (e.g. holiday, sick leave, business trip, mobile working, etc.). You do not need to state a reason.
