These questions can help you make your decision:

• Is my action or decision legal?

• Does it comply with our values, requirements, and guiding principles?

• Is it the right thing to do and free from personal interests?

• Could it have negative consequences for Driventic or myself?

Questions regarding gifts and invitations:

• Is the benefit inappropriate from the recipient's perspective?

• Is the benefit provided in expectation of something in return?

• Is the benefit offered in order to obtain an improper advantage?

• Is the benefit provided in close temporal connection with a tendering or procurement procedure?

• Is the benefit neither made transparent/communicated internally nor externally, or not coordinated with the supervisor (documentation!)?

If at least one of the above questions is answered with "yes", the gift/invitation should be declined / should not be granted!

When accepting a gift, the employee is responsible for proper taxation!

Last but not least:
